FAST

Shaping tomorrow’s business leaders

Who

FAST is a development program designed for 150 to 200 talented Managers and Senior Managers with the potential to reach an EADS Executive position in the mid-term (3-5 years).

Why

  • To create a climate of change and to promote an entrepreneurial spirit within EADS,
  • To ensure a steady flow of future leaders to meet the forthcoming Executive internal recruitment needs of the Corporation,
  • To improve the retention rate of this population and to boost their career opportunities.

The program will also have the effect of rejuvenating the Executive team while raising the in-company mobility rate.

How

By strengthening Business Management competencies and Leadership style through relevant and innovative behaviors. This annual program lasts 16 days of tuition and is split in four modules of 3 to 5 days each. It combines plenary sessions, workshops, and personal development plan, run by international business schools and consultancy experts. These are punctuated by e-learning and remote business game simulation.
