  • Managerial Culture and Leadership Development:
    • Work out the «EADS way of managing» by defining the skills & practices expected to manage people, customers, projects/programs, finance, …
    • Facilitate & develop the emergence of a common leadership culture, adapt the performance & potential cycle consequently.
    • Develop Leadership competencies in the current Executive population
  • Competence Management:
    • Ensure that EADS will get, short & long term, the right technical competences to deliver its order book on time, on cost & on quality
    • Ensure the alignment of Learning & Development on EADS Strategies, coordinate Learning & Development activities in EADS and ensure an improvement of the global effectiveness and a reduction of costs.
  • Talent Management:
    • Contribute to the assessment and the development planning of Talents,
    • prepare & develop Talents necessary to achieve its strategic objectives and to secure the succession planning of the Group.
