The structure

Depending on your qualification and background, you will have the opportunity to join two different streams.

The first, technically oriented, comprises fields like Engineering, Programmes, Supply Chain, IT and Manufacturing. About 75 % of our PROGRESS positions are in the first stream.

The second stream focuses on support functions such as Procurement, Finance, Human Resources, Strategy or Marketing and Sales.
All PROGRESS participants will gain experience in 2 different project assignments. After 1 year they will move to the 2nd project which can be in a different Division/business area and/or in another function and or at another country/location of the EADS Group. This will provide you with a broad overview of the Group and will allow you to acquire deep insights and expertise.
After the 2nd year of the programme, all participants will return to their target department (first department) with the same or different tasks.

Network events will enhance your understanding of the EADS business and will enlarge your personal contacts within the company. Tailor-made workshops will extend your personal skills.

A personal mentor from senior management will support you during 36 months to give you regular guidance, support and feedback.

After the end of the programme, you will have a thorough knowledge of the EADS Group and will create a global network among colleagues and senior management. This experience will underscore you with an excellent basis for your future career within EADS.
